- Not to misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access
- Not to use the app for fraudulent or illegal activities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (if applicable).
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Fitpassio helps you track gym data based on user input. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of gym listings
- Accuracy of leave calculations if incorrect data is entered
Users are responsible for verifying details with their respective gyms.
Location Services
The App may use your location to show nearby gyms. By using this feature:
- You consent to location access
- You can disable it anytime in device settings
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design of Fitpassio are owned by us. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Use our branding without permission
Third-Party Services
Fitpassio may use third-party services such as:
- Analytics tools (e.g., Firebase)
- Maps and location services
We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
Limitation of Liability
Fitpassio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Any loss of data
- Missed gym days or incorrect tracking
- Any indirect or incidental damages
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

- We are required to do so by law
