No Guarantee of Accuracy
FitPassio helps you track gym data based on user input. We do not guarantee the accuracy of gym listings or leave calculations. Users are responsible for verifying details with their gyms.
Always confirm information directly with your gym.
Location Services
The App may use your location to show nearby gyms. You consent to location access and can disable it anytime in device settings.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design of FitPassio are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
Third-Party Services
FitPassio may use third-party services such as analytics tools (Firebase) and maps. We are not responsible for those services.
Limitation of Liability
FitPassio is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, missed gym days, or indirect damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to Indian courts.
