Delete Your Account
Delete from the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from within FitPassio:
- Open the FitPassio app
- Go to Settings â accessible from the dashboard or profile screen
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account

Choose one of two options:Remove from specific gym(s) â removes your membership from selected gyms but keeps your account active
Delete entire account â permanently deletes your account and all associated data - Select your choice and tap Confirm
If you choose to delete your entire account, you will be logged out immediately and data deletion will begin processing.
Delete via Email
If you cannot access the app â for example if you lost your phone or are unable to log in â you can request deletion by email:
- Send an email to support@fitpassio.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered phone number so we can identify your account
âą Processing Time
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 days of receiving your request.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

| Personal Information | Phone number, full name, email address, date of birth, gender, address |
| Authentication Data | Firebase authentication record, login credentials, access tokens |
| Health & Fitness Data | Height, weight, workout activity, monthly progress data |
| Location Data | Any stored location information |
| Media | Profile image (removed from Firebase Storage) |
| Membership Data | Gym memberships, plan details, leave records, attendance history |
| Notification Data | FCM token, notification preferences, notification history |
| Local App Data | All cached data stored on your device is cleared upon logout |
What Is Not Retained
After your account is deleted, we guarantee the following:
- No personal data is retained on our servers
- No backups or copies of your data are kept
- No anonymized version of your data is stored
- Your data is not shared with any third party after deletion
We do not retain any user data after account deletion is complete.

Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
- You will lose access to all gym memberships, workout history, and profile data associated with your account.
- If you have active gym memberships, they will be terminated as part of the deletion process. Please coordinate with your gym directly if needed.
- After deletion, you may create a new account using the same phone number, but none of your previous data will be available.
Leave a Gym Only
If you only want to remove yourself from a specific gym without deleting your entire FitPassio account:
- Go to Settings â Delete My Account
- Select Remove from specific gym(s)
- Select the gym(s) you want to leave
- Tap Remove to confirm
Your account and all other data will remain active. Only your membership with the selected gym(s) will be removed.
